Terms of use
Effective October 10, 2026.
These terms cover the ArrangerPilot app (the web app at app.arrangerpilot.com; app stores later) and the site arrangerpilot.com. The service is provided by Sergiy Kostyuk (a private individual, Canada). By using it you agree to these terms. Questions: contact@websmith-shop.com.
What it is
ArrangerPilot helps you organize your repertoire and recall registration banks on Yamaha arranger keyboards over MIDI. The app never writes anything to the instrument: it only reads bank files on your device and sends recall commands to the instrument.
Free and paid
Right now the app is free to use. Later there will be plans:
- Free — with limits (for example, on the number of set lists and the songs in them);
- Pro — no limits, by subscription, with a trial period.
Prices and terms will be announced in advance. Changing plans never deletes your data, and the Stage screen is never locked in the middle of a performance.
Account
An account is optional: without it, everything works on one device. An account turns on sync between devices. You sign in with a code sent to your email, so keep access to your email safe. You can delete your account in the app at any time.
Your content
Songs, lyrics, sheets, notes and set lists belong to you. You allow us to store them and deliver them to your devices — only to run the service. Upload only what you have the right to use: lyrics and sheet music of other people's songs are protected by copyright, and the app is meant for your personal use in your performances.
Not allowed
- disrupting the service or getting around its limits and protection;
- uploading illegal material or malicious files;
- using someone else's account or selling access to yours.
Accounts that break these rules may be blocked.
No warranty
We work hard to make the app reliable, especially on stage, but provide it "as is". Check your set list before a performance and keep a backup of your library (Settings → Data). To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses — such as a disrupted performance or lost data.
Trademarks
ArrangerPilot is an independent project and is not affiliated with Yamaha Corporation. Yamaha, PSR and Genos are trademarks of Yamaha Corporation; other names belong to their owners.
If the service shuts down
We will give notice in advance. The app will keep working on your devices without the server, and you can save your library to a backup file.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. This does not take away the rights that the law of your country gives you.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version will appear on this page with a new date. We will give notice in advance of significant changes. How personal data is handled is described in the privacy policy.
